BEDROOM FEATURES ▶ 6 en suite bedrooms, each featuring King sized beds. ▶ All bedrooms have air conditioning. ▶ The advertised price is for up to 12 guests (including children) however up to 2 additional guests can be added for an additional 40 dollars per person per night. Extra guests are accommodated on single size foldaway beds which can be placed in the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 respectively. These bedrooms are both located in the main part of the villa. ▶ The maximum capacity of the villa is 14 guests (including children). LOCATION The property is located only a 5 minute drive to famous Chaweng Beach where you'll find a huge choice of bars, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Not to mention the stunning beach ! Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to Fisherman’s Village in Bo Phut with it's quaint selection of shopping, restaurants and bars. Don't miss the Friday night market which is very popular with visitors year round. TERMS ▶ Airport transfers for up to 8 guests (with luggage) are available for 600 baht per vehicle each way. This is payable directly to the driver. Larger groups will require an additional vehicle. ▶ Check-In time is 3 pm and Check-Out time is 11 am. These times can be flexible subject to availability. ▶ A daily cleaning service is provided (except Sundays). Linen/Towels are changed once per week. ▶ Guests need to ensure that the villa is in a clean and tidy condition at check-out. See 'House Rules'. ▶ Only those guests registered at check-in are permitted to stay at the villa. ▶ Please note that management prohibits excessively loud music/noise or any other anti-social behavior that is likely to disturb neighboring properties. ▶ Smoking is only permitted in outside areas of the property. ▶ Private Thai Chef services are available for extra cost as follows; Daily Thai Chef (for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) 6,000 Thai Baht for the chef cost per day.
