"Feel Like Home" Apartment in City Center

This "feel like home" apartment is newly renovated, in offer from 2017. and provides the comfort of the highest level. It is located 9 minutes walking from the center of Split, in Vukovarska street, but still has a private parking place. Living room with a balcony is bright and lighted and kitchen offers all the necessary facilities.Three bedrooms allow sleeping for five. In one of them is a cot for your baby if it is necessary. One room has a separated bathroom and two share a larger bathroom. The space About/location - Next to the building is also a public bus station, but you won't use it that often because the apartment is very close to the city center (bus terminal, ferry port, railway station, Riva, Diocletian's Palace…) where you can also enjoy walking by the coast. Although so close to the central place of all events, the apartment is far away from crowd and noise just enough to give its guests the oasis of peace and relaxation. It is located 15 minutes away by foot from the famous Bačvice beach. We would also like to recommend beach Žnjan which you can easily reach with a taxi in 10 minutes or with a public transport by bus which departs from the station 5 minutes away from our apartment if you want a direct line. Routes and bus timetable you can find in our apartment, but we will explain you everything if you want, once you are here. Balcony oasis lets you enjoy the fresh air and sun, take your morning coffee, have breakfast with your friends and family or simply take it as a place to go and relax alone during the day. In the living room, you can find 49-inch Smart TV and unlimited access to 50 Mbit/s fast wireless Internet are at your disposal. As for an important thing, we took care that every single room, bathroom, and toilette in our apartment has a window which provides natural lighting and meanwhile you don´t have to worry about the heat because we have two air conditioner, one in the living room and the other one in the bigger room. ***************************************************************************** Dining - Connected to the living room comes the dining room and kitchen for days when you are not in the mood to enjoy rich gastronomic offer in Split. The fully-equipped kitchen with classic electric oven, additional microwave oven, coffee machine, grill toaster and electric water boiler is a guarantee that you can enjoy all your culinary inspirations. The nearest bakery can be easily reached within a 5 minutes walk. ***************************************************************************** Sleeping - Three lovely bedrooms allow sleeping for five. There is a queen size bed in the spacious master bedroom (with a cot for your baby if it is necessary). The second room has two single beds and it is different from others because half of one wall is completely in windows (the picture will tell you more). The third one has one bed but also the bathroom+toilette separated from others and consists all the essentials. If there is more than 5 of you, you can use a stretch sofa in living room for one or two persons. ***************************************************************************** Bathroom - As we mentioned one of the rooms has a bathroom for its own while another two share one larger bathroom and the toilette. The stylish and well-equipped bathroom with a large shower cabin and a hairdryer will also provide nice relaxing moments. There you can find also a smaller baby bath and a washing machine. ***************************************************************************** Activities - Lot of activities, places to eat and tips about nightlife you will be able to find on our wall. ;) ***************************************************************************** Other things to note Conclusion - It is not about listing an endless set of rules, basically my philosophy about the house is letting my guests using their common sense, being respectful, treating others as you would like to be treated. My priority is always the comfort and wellbeing of my guest. You will be given a set of keys after the check-in process, giving you complete freedom to go in and out at your will.
