Great neighborhood and only 1.2 miles to the shopping mall/restaurants and 1.4 miles min walk to lots of restaurants. Only 20 min drive or bus to downtown Minneapolis and 25 min to St. Paul. Bus station is 1.8 miles from the house. Please check the bus schedule as it varies for weekdays and weekends. A 15 min drive to Mall of America. Access to the association pool and tennis courts in the summer. The space Private living space in the lower level of my home. Living room, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom. Includes coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator, toaster oven, instapot, hot plate. No access to full kitchen upstairs.
