Memorial Park & Elmwood Park & Golf Course are close by as well. Easy access to Omaha's main thoroughfare puts you minutes away from AkSarBen, Dundee, and MidTown neighborhoods plus Nebraska MedCenter and Downtown Omaha! Our charming & cozy cottage is ideal for family or business travel. Pet-friendly for small addtl cleaning fee! The space Our cottage has had a total refresh with all new designer-label bedding in bedrooms, fresh paint on first-floor & two televisions-one with cable downstairs and one in master bedroom. In addition there is a Ethan Allen sleeper sofa on main floor and a leather couch on lower level. We offer a fully stocked coffee bar for leisurely mornings. We are also a pet and child-friendly space with doggie door, fenced back yard, gas grill, pack 'n play, baby gate and more! Two dogs MAX- $25 ea. per stay. Guest access Evergreen Cottage is available and set up to be a 'entire home' guest experience-no one lives here full time and there is ample parking in driveway! Washer and dryer available too! Other things to note Our priority is too offer a 'quality' guest experience - so to keep the cottage clean for all, those with or without pets, we ask that the 2nd floor bedrooms be 'off-limits' to animals., and that they stay off the beds and living room couch! Your pet can enjoy the main floor and lower level family room, plus the fenced in back yard. We appreciate everyone's cooperation.
