Modern+Contemporary Townhome's BR (Private Floor)

PROPERTY LOCATION: To the west - walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, convenient stores, downtown Ballard. To the north - walking distance to Phinney neighborhood. To the east - walking distance to Woodland Park Zoo and to Green Lake! To the south - only about 4 miles to downtown Seattle! I provide lots of snacks, beverages, cup ramen noodles, and sometimes dessert/pastries/food during your stay. Providing superior service to you is important to me. See house rules before booking! The space This townhouse is well located at a non-congested area but is within walking distance to many attractions. At about 1630sqft with 3BRs + 3.5 baths, this is an amazing, trendy, stylish, and spacious unit. It's a 3-level unit with 2BRs on upper level and 1BR on the lower level. This house has private decks, lots of granite, stainless, hardwoods, as well as a nice south facing backyard. Communal access to kitchen, living room, laundry, dining area, and backyard (just remodeled+upgraded). The house is fully furnished including the BR you're staying in. This BR totally has its own privacy on the lower level apart from other BRs (it's pretty much your own private floor!). It is to your right after the main entry, directly off of the entryway. The BR isn't huge (about 10x12) but should be pretty cozy and charming. Kitchen, dining, and living rooms are on the second level (shared space). Everything very new! The full kitchen also has a new Keurig K575 along with different selections of coffee, tea, hot choc, sugar, cream, etc. You can also find milk/chocolate milk, soda and fruit juice in the fridge. Help yourselves as these are all complimentary. Though full kitchen, please keep the kitchen use to light meals only, especially for long-staying guests. For those who cook more frequently, please use the shared kitchen items sparingly. During your stay I'd be more than happy to provide local info if needed.
