La Maison du Bonheur welcomes you in its green setting for a Zen stay on Saint François, 100 meters from the beach by private access. It is located in a very quiet area, inside a secure residence and close to all amenities. The Villa is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate toilets. The Villa opens onto the pool, hot tub and you can relax lying on the bed... The space The villa is equipped with a bathroom with corner bathtub and a second with walk-in shower. There is a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher... The bedrooms are all air-conditioned. Two bedrooms are equipped with a second single rollaway bed (90 cm wide) to accommodate up to 8 people. Linens (sheets, towels and beach towels) are provided. The Villa is equipped to accommodate a family with a baby, including a crib and high chair. Each room in the house has a USA/FR power adapter and each bedroom has a USB charger. The villa is equipped with all the standard safety features: smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit, pool fall detection alarm system... The villa is equipped with a gas barbecue (Weber) and an outdoor table tennis (Cornilleau). The salt pool and hot tub are private and are for the exclusive use of the villa. The Jacuzzi water is systematically changed with each new rental. A private path to the residence allows access to the beach. Masks and snorkels in several sizes, racquet sets, straw beach mats are available. The villa is equipped with a drinking water tank of more than 1000 liters with a booster pump which allows you to be autonomous for several days during severe droughts. We don't allow any parties or birthdays in the villa with people from outside. Upon arrival you will find coffee capsules, mineral water, juice, jam, butter, rum and lemon for the Ti Punch, doses of laundry and dishwasher and condiments. Note: The villa has 2 Siamese cats. Very affectionate, they will be completely independent. They have plenty of food and water in 2 dispensers for the duration of your stay. They are not in the habit of entering the rooms of the house. Excellent hunters, they are there to ensure the protection of the house against many insects and animals… They are used to being outside the house, on the terrace and sometimes absent for a day or two...
