Top floor of lovely house. Includes office space.

You get the top floor of the house to yourself. My place is close to downtown (about 3 miles from the Pearl Street walking mall), art and culture, restaurants, shopping, parks, and great views. A lead-in to an open space trail runs next to the house for quick bike access to either downtown, University of Colorado or open space. My place is open and airy with views of the mountains. The master bedroom/bath suite is on the second floor which provides a private living space. The space The house is cozy, next to a path that leads to one of Boulder's open space trails so it is pleasant and quiet. There's a nice flagstone patio backyard with a couple of large trees that provide nice shading - a nice place to hang out or do work when the weather is nice. You have the top floor of the house to yourself with private bedroom/bath suite and an office area. Guest access Guests have their own master bedroom/bathroom suite and office space upstairs and shared access to the kitchen, living and dining room and backyard. During your stay I work during the week but am available in the evenings and weekends and by telephone for any questions or guidance. Other things to note Stays must be 30 days or longer.
