Room in a local's home, bright apartment

I'm happy to host you in my sunny apartment. Old and renovated, it is located a 5-minute walk from Place de la Victoire and 7 minutes from Pey Berland Cathedral. The location is ideal! The accommodation is quiet, bright and the bedroom has a nice balcony overlooking a green street. The kitchen offers you everything you need to prepare food (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, etc.). Looking forward to meeting you. Sarah The space The apartment is organized as a duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will have access to the ground floor, which is the main area of the apartment. The floor is where I sleep and I also have a private bathroom. This means a certain mutual independence :) Each bedroom has its own private bathroom (with toilet). So you have a bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom for rent has two large French windows, which brings a beautiful brightness. An air conditioner in the room is installed if needed. The ground floor is about 55 m2. The kitchen and living room are shared with me. Fiber optics available in the apartment. Guest access From Saint Jean train station (SNCF) take the G bus towards Issac and get off at the Bourse du Travail stop. Travel time from the station to the apartment: 7 minutes. Other things to note The neighborhood has been recently completely renovated. About fifteen trees are present to accompany the hatching of this beautiful neighborhood that is both quiet and lively. All local shops are on the street just below the accommodation (delicatessen, bakery, cheese shop, fishmonger...).
