Cozy Corner Cottage

This home was built in 1905 and has completely been renovated from top to bottom. The laundry is located in the unfinished, "Michigan" basement. It is located in one of the nicest downtown neighborhoods within the Holland City limits and is in walking distance of Hope College, Centennial Park and downtown Holland shops and restaurants. The space This 2 story home is 1800 square feet and boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen and dining area that seats 6-8. Guest access Full access to the entire house is available. Washer and dryer located in the basement is there for your use. Other things to note A 12 cup coffee pot is available in the kitchen. Decaf and Regular coffee is located in the freezer. Coffee filters, creamer and sugar are in the cupboard for your use, as well. We do provide 2 rolls of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms as well as travel sized soap to get your stay started. Each bathroom also has a hairdryer for your use. With regards to the area...there are some great parks just a few blocks away from the house. The Holland Aquatic Center is just 3 blocks to the west of the house which has a large indoor pool, hot tub for adults, and slide and play fountain for the kids. There is also a workout facility within the center as well.
