Location is great for mountain recreation! Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the condo. 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 to Breck and Keystone and 25 minutes to Vail. Located close to I-70 and the rec path around the Dillon Reservior for biking and water activities in the summer. Walking distance to downtown Frisco for shopping and dining. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the unit. NO KITCHEN ACCESS. Do not ask about bringing a pet. The answer is always going to be no, the HOA does not allow renters to have pets. No early check ins, but luggage drop is welcome on the bottom floor at any time Guest access Lock-off bedroom has own entrance and bathroom. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS before arriving. Please know how to use a lockbox before arrival. Guests have one closet and dresser for use. Laundry is on the first floor and is also available for guests. Heated storage/luggage drop on the bottom floor under the main stairs is convient place for skis, bikes, equipment, etc. and is secure. I am not often present during check in and cannot answer my phone promptly because of my job so please please read thoroughly for codes. Everything you need to locate and access the condo is clearly listed. NO SHOES worn inside the bedroom WHATSOEVER. Brand new floor. Free Parking in the lot in front of the condo. Please do not try to open the closed closet door and closed bathroom door. Both are locked. Thank you. DO NOT MOVE THE BED. It is secured to the wall and floor. Thank you. This is A SMOKE FREE ROOM. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. $250 cleaning fee if the room smells like smoke upon check out During your stay I am on the property most weekends but will only interact if I see you in passing on the property or if you reach out and need something Other things to note Please NO ski boots worn on the stairs, in the hallway, above the first floor, absolutely anywhere inside the building. Ski boots destroy the wood stairs and carpet. Please carry them up the stairs. Any damage will be paid by the guest to be fixed. 10am check-out STRICTLY ENFORCED Early check ins are not allowed usually, check in/out times are set for a reason. The bedroom never had cable run for TV, that’s why there isn’t one. Go out and enjoy Frisco and the mountains.
