Lemon Tree Villa, a delightful two bedroom villa in Agia Triada, is situated just 150 metres from the picturesque beach, harbour and church at Ayia Triada. It has a private pool, hot tub, barbecue area and delightful terrace with stunning views of Ayia Triada where you can watch the sun rise over the harbour in the morning. The villa has free wifi and a smart TV with access to UK TV channels including Sky. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of Kapparis' shops, bars and restaurants. The space The villa sleeps up to 6 adults. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom contains twin beds, the other contains a double bed. The lounge has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A self-inflating blow-up bed is also available if required. A travel cot is provided for babies/young children. A highchair, safety gate and car seat are also provided free of charge. The dining area has a table and chairs for six people. The lounge has a free-standing fan and a ceiling fan. There is a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, fridge, cooker, hob, microwave, dish washer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. The villa also has a washing machine. ironing board and iron. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. Guest access The whole of the villa and swimming pool is available to guests. Other things to note My family and I have been regular visitors to Cyprus for many years. We love Cyprus and decided to buy an apartment in Kapparis which we have let out for a number of years. Recently, we saw Lemon Tree Villa in Agia Trias, fell in love with it and bought it!
