The space Recently upgraded and professionally furnished with the modern guest in mind, this private 2000 sq ft four bedroom home includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. New AC/ AirConditioning system installed in October 2023! Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with linens, pillows and bed coverings. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a one queen bed, one with two twin beds)and a full bathroom in between. Upstairs, you have two bedrooms: a very spacious master bedroom with a king bed and a double bed. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and beautiful en suite bathroom (with a great shower and bath tub for well deserved relaxation after a full day of sightseeing or work). The second bedroom (queen bed) upstairs has its own bathroom across the hall. Spacious living room with comfy sofa and seating areas. Dining room table has 6 chairs plus 4 extra folding chairs for larger groups. Access to free street parking, free high-speed WiFi and private access! Backyard has a beautiful pool for you to enjoy on hot summer days. The pool was a recently (winter 2022) refurbished with new tiles and surfaces. NOTE - Pool is as shared space and UNHEATED. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. NOTE - Pool is UNHEATED. We will not know until the day before your arrival if early check-in (before 4pm) is possible. It will depend on if the house is booked the night before and the schedule of the housekeeper. IF the house is ready, we allow 3pm check-in without charge. If you desire check in earlier than 3pm AND the house is ready, we charge $15/hr for early check-in. For example 1pm check in would be $30. We can charge you through the resolution center if you would like to do this. If you want to guarantee an early check-in, please book the previous night.
