Check-out at 11 AM Quiet hours: 9 PM–9 AM ( very, very strict!) No parties or unapproved day guests Weather changes quickly on our very tall hill, be prepared! No on-site hiking trails Early check-in/late check-out rarely possible (we clean thoroughly!) Fast Wi-Fi; Verizon & AT&T work well Absolutely no smoking/vaping indoors ($250 fee)
