Discover our 20 m² accommodation with landscaped courtyard, completely refurbished in August 2025 and now air-conditioned for your comfort. Located in the historic center of Nîmes, close to the shopping and pedestrian streets, it is very quiet because it is located in the interior patio of the building. Nîmes-Centre train station is a 10-minute walk away and many public transport options are nearby. The space On site, you will enjoy a fully furnished and functional accommodation, including a real double bed 140x200, an equipped kitchen (dishes, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, juicer...), a bathroom with shower, toilet, 1200 W hairdryer and toiletries. The accommodation also has a wardrobe, office area, Wi-Fi and TV. Enjoy air-conditioned accommodation, ideal for absolute comfort, even during hot summer weather. Why choose our rental over another? It offers a private courtyard, furnished and facing south (table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol...), ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun in peace. ➡️ Since May 2024, access to the accommodation is completely autonomous thanks to a secure entrance by code to the building and a key box located in front of the accommodation. Guest access The accommodation "La Madeleine" is ideally located in the heart of the Écusson Nîmois, an iconic neighborhood where everything can be discovered on foot. Shops, restaurants and historical sites are accessible in just minutes. The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, and the city center is perfectly served by Tram'Bus and bus lines. As the Écusson is a pedestrian zone, parking is not possible on the street. The paid underground parking "Maison Carrée", located close by, is the most practical solution. Parking on nearby streets is also paid on weekdays and becomes free from Saturday noon for the weekend. Other things to note The studio provides you with various amenities and touches to enhance your stay: magazines, chargers for iPhones and smartphones, as well as a Bluetooth mini speaker (to be used with respect for the neighborhood). You will also find tea and coffee (Senseo coffee maker), as well as sugar, spices and olive oil, regularly replenished. Sometimes traveling with family, we can, on request, provide equipment for babies and children. For stays of a week or more, a washing machine can be made available.
