Bring the whole family and/or friends to watch your favorite Bulldawgs play "Between the Hedges." 1 mi. to Epps Village Shopping Center (theaters/restaurants/retail), 4 miles to downtown Watkinsville ("Mayberry-ish" shopping and eateries). Enjoy entire Main Floor: 3BR/2B, Light, bright, airy - lots of room to spread out! The space We invite you and your guests to "kick back" and enjoy our 3BR/2B home. Upon your arrival there will be sweet treats and appetizers to "tie you over" until you venture out or choose to stay in for dinner. Out on the back deck you can enjoy meals, morning coffee, and late evening chats under the canopy lights. For the the more adventuresome in your party, we have a "disc-rope swing" hanging from a 60ft tree in the back yard! Should it happen to be a rainy - Dawg Day Afternoon, you can cuddle up on the couch and cheer on the Dawgs from our LR's smart TV w/YouTube TV subscription (all sports channels abound) - or watch a movie and feast on popcorn! After a long day rooting for the Dawgs or the "contending team" (heaven forbid!), relax and unwind in the calming, spa-like master bath w/jacuzzi tub and shower. Plenty of room avails for driveway parking. Our neighborhood is a quiet 25 home neighborhood - just the right size for a quick walk after dinner! Guest access You will have access to the entire main level of the home, back deck, yard, and driveway parking. The garage is reserved for the property owners. There are designated parking areas for our guests within the driveway. The basement apartment is reserved for the property owners and has a completely separate entrance to ensure your privacy. Other things to note Home has "self-entry" feature. Parking in garage is reserved for property owners. There are 2 additional "single" air mattresses available for your group.
