AZ Paradise Getaway-Come Experience "Home Away from Home"

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1700 sq ft home in a small private community in the North Central Phoenix with beautiful community pool/BBQ, outdoor showers, bathrooms. Community is on a Greenbelt/park and has 2 golf courses within a couple miles. It has easy access to the entire valley with freeways within 5 minute in 3 directions. The home is well equipped and ready for you to call home. The floor plan is split with a large master bedroom and bath on one side and 2 additional bedrooms that share the 2nd bathroom. In the center on the home is the kitchen and living room with access to the private yard and BBQ patio. This home comfortably hold 4 to 6 guests with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. Each room has its own TV with smart TV's. This is our 2nd VRBO/Homeaway rental. We also have a cabin Pinetop.
