DOLPHIN VIEW is a comfortable, affordable 3 bedroom waterfront holiday home on the Southern Yorke Peninsula accommodating up to 8 guests. The house is just a three hour drive from Adelaide, and only 40 minutes from the beautiful Innes National Park. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer; split system air-conditioning and combustion heating (BYO wood or buy on-site), TV/DVD, a BBQ, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The space NOTE: Due to current safe accommodation guidelines, we are able to provide pillows and quilts with quilt covers at the base cost but guests must bring all other bedding -- blankets, pillow cases, top/bottom sheets and bath towels. We are also able to make up the beds and supply all linen, including sheets and towels, for an additional $25 per bed for the duration of the stay above the quoted rate. This will be billed separately. ** Please let us know in your booking query if you would like this option. ** No smoking inside. NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond. We have only rainwater at the house, which is fine to drink, but if you are not comfortable with that you may want to bring a box of water. If you use the gas BBQ, please remember to turn off the gas at the bottle. Guest access You have access to the whole house and property.
