Experience true country living in this late 1800's farmhouse located half way between Lemoore and Hanford. Arrive on your own private drive near the 300+ acre farm and a 35 acre cattle ranch. Your memory of sipping coffee in the mornings, while being surrounded by pastures full of very beautiful black angus cattle and calves is sure to last a lifetime. This farmhouse offers tucked away privacy and quiet walks along the historic Mussel Slough. Close to Sequoia, Yosemite and the Central Coast. The space Our home offers a spacious, peaceful yard. The house is truly unique in its design and amenities. A fully renovated 130 year old farmhouse. We have recently added a patio under the oak tree complete with a used brick & granite bar and seating area. Guest access The main residence, guests will have complete exclusive access to. The owners live just down the road, if there is anything you need just ask. We are more than happy to help with anything. Other things to note Occupancy is limited to 8 people. If more guests than that are found to be residing in the house there will be a charge of $100 per extra guest. There will not be any parties allowed at the house. If a guest is found to be having a party they will be immediately asked to leave. BOTH of the above rules will be strictly enforced. We ask that before guests depart they load and start the dishwasher with any used plates and utensils. Also please take the trash to the dumpster. Remember that this house is in the country. You are staying on a functioning cattle ranch. The cattle are curious and may come to the fence to get a look at guests. These cattle are not pets. We ask that you do not climb the fence to get closer to them. Also because you are in the country and staying in a unique old house you may see an occasional insect or even a mouse although we make every effort to eradicate them from them premises. The house is sprayed for insects once a month and mouse traps are occasionally set in out of the way areas of the house during the winter months.
