Paradise with a view (2 balconies)

The 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) is beautifully located halfway up in Stuttgart. Each room has a balcony with great panoramic views. The sun shines on one in the morning, on the other in the evening. The rooms are a bedroom-study and a kitchen-living room. The space The apartment is located in a 100-year-old Art Nouveau house and has been renovated. It now has a very nice oak parquet floor and a kitchenette including a dishwasher. From one balcony you can look over Stuttgart up to the Rotenberg and the vineyards. From the other balcony you can see the tennis court opposite and Stuttgart city center. In the evening you can see the sunset from here. The sky often shows itself in beautiful colors. In the morning, the sun rises in the bedroom/study. In the house, my son and I live on the upper floor, Airbnb monthly guests live on the mezzanine floor and a permanent tenant lives on the garden floor. The house and its location is an oasis of calm, compared to apartments in the cauldron of Stuttgart. In the morning you can hear the birds chirping. The apartment has a French bed with a new (July 2023) natural rubber mattress and a large antique desk, a couch in the kitchen-living room and a pretty little bathroom. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a washing machine - but there are two self-service laundromats nearby. It is important to me that everyone feels comfortable and cozy in the house and can relax in the evening after a busy day. For this, it is important to be considerate - for example, having loud conversations on the balconies after 10 pm can be difficult for those who want to sleep. Every two weeks, the cleaning lady cleans the apartment and changes the linens and towels. We welcome everyone who comes to us :-)!
