Upon check-out: You no longer want to leave. Chalet des Aurores is an authentic A-frame-style retreat, nestled in the heart of the world's first International Dark Sky Reserve. Designed for true rejuvenation, this is the place for those who need to slow down. Le Refuge Relax in a cozy setting where every detail has been thought out for your comfort: Living area: Bright living room with panoramic views and a wood-burning stove (wood provided in winter) for cozy evenings. Restful sleep: Two cozy bedrooms (1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed) with high-quality bedding included. Gourmet kitchen: Fully equipped for your feasts, including fondue and raclette pots, as well as espresso and drip coffee makers for your mornings by the dock. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms (1 shower and 1 bathtub) with eco-friendly toiletries provided. Outdoors & Leisure Relaxation guaranteed: Four-season private spa, protected by a roof so you can enjoy it even in the rain or snow, under the stars. On the water: Direct access to the lake, with two kayaks available for you to explore the peaceful shores. Outdoors: Outdoor fire pit, terrace with BBQ and table for 6 (in season). Things to know: Logging in and out Cellular service: Please note that there is no cellular service at the chalet. This is the perfect opportunity to completely switch off! Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available. You will be able to make calls using your phone's “Wi-Fi Calling” feature or through your favorite apps. Quiet: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, no pets are allowed. Security: Outdoor security cameras (parking lot and entrance only). Come and enjoy a timeless getaway, where nature truly comes to life. Guest access You have access to the entire chalet and the grounds. Only the basement is private, as we use it as storage space. Other things to note Check-in and check-out: Please note that there is no cell phone service at the chalet. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug! However, high-speed Wi-Fi is available; we suggest that you enable “Wi-Fi Calling” mode on your mobile phone before you arrive to remain reachable. Occupancy and visitors: To ensure the tranquility of the premises and respect the capacity of our facilities, no visitors are allowed. Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed on the property. Camping and RVs: Setting up tents, trailers, or recreational vehicles (RVs) on the property is strictly prohibited. Security: For your protection and that of the property, there are security cameras located outside (overlooking the parking lot and the main entrance only).
