A few minutes from bus station, beach and cafes The space Our home is designed in a way that anyone would feel being home away from home, yet staying in a historic and atmospheric Old Town stone house. This cozy and super-clean 25 sq.m (270 sq.ft) studio apartment is located on the first floor of a stone medieval house with a separate entrance that allows you full privacy. Our house features two-level shared terrace with magnificent views of Kotor Old Town and Kotor Bay where on sunny days you can enjoy your morning coffee or just have rooftop vistas with a sea view from one side, St. Tryphon Cathedral from another and having evening-lit Kotor Fortress behind you. King-size bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, various options for lighting (day-light lamps, warm light, niche lighting, bedside and table lamps), window shades and shutters, dining area and coffee corner will allow you to create romantic atmosphere in this charming place. Fully-equipped kitchenette with motion-enabled light includes 2-burner stove, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, mini-oven, kettle and plenty of appliances (pots, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs and dishes for 3 people). Some complimentary coffee capsules will also be waiting for you. Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine that you can use anytime you need, and some complimentary detergent capsules are provided. Clothes can be dried either on a folding rack, or on the lines outside the window, or on the terraces. Otherwise, there is a drying machine available for an extra fee. In the front niche there is a shelf with books for a trade - leave the one you finished and pick the one you like. A code-enabled deposit box is available for your use as well. To keep atmosphere fresh and reduce humidity in rainy days, the home is equipped with a dehumidifier. Guest access Our house is located within medieval walls of Kotor Stari Grad, in its pedestrian part. If you travel by car, there are several paid parking lots in the vicinity of the Old Town (around 5-7 minutes walk). Please check our Kotor Guidebook for locations of the most useful parking areas. The closest city gates are South (Gurdić) and Theatre (Pozorište) Gates - just 2-3 minutes walk from our place. Walkway and entry to the house are well-lit. Private entrance to the house and studio. Staircase upstairs leads to our two-level terrace with magnificent views over the Old Town and Kotor Bay. To make things easier for you, our home features self check-in but we will still meet and greet you once you are home:) Or, we can meet you and show you to our home, whatever you prefer! Other things to note Check-in time between 3pm and 10pm, check-out is before 11am. If you need to have early check-in or late check-out, please tell us about it as we might be able to accommodate for your needs for an extra fee (although we cannot guarantee that in advance). In case of Greet & Meet after 10pm there will be an extra charge of 15€, otherwise you can use self check-in option:) From October 1 till April 30 have a breakfast option for our guests (only) in a nearby restaurant with a special rate of 6€ per person (coffee or tea + juice or milk + eggs any style or porridge or croissant) which is not included into our night rate and shall be paid directly in the restaurant. If you opt for it - please bring a breakfast card to the restaurant, you can find them in the apartment. While staying, if you need any recommendation regarding places to eat, to visit or spend your free time, we would gladly tell you. Plenty of information is already available in our Kotor Guidebook attached to the description of our home. We can also help with certain arrangements like tours and transfers. Few other things to note: 1. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (penalty for smoking inside 200€), yet you can have your cigarette either on the porch or on one of the terraces - enjoying the views as well! 2. Double-glass windows usually do not let any noise in but if you have a very light sleep, please use the outside window shutters. 3. Sewage system in Kotor Old Town is quite delicate and cannot cope with wet wipes, nappies, tampons (it might simply not digest it:). Also, after using the toilet, please flush generously. 4. Sometimes it happens that there are people gathering on the street in the evening, and if it bothers you don't be shy to politely ask them to keep quiet as in Kotor Old Town no noise is allowed after 11pm. Tourist (sojourn) tax will be paid by private accommodation for your registration, for that you will have to provide your passport data on the check-in date.
