The space CROYDE BAYWATCH OVERVIEW Baywatch is an exceptional 5-star detached home in the heart of Croyde Bay, offering spacious and stylish accommodation for up to 11 guests. Perfectly located just a five-minute stroll from Croyde’s lively village centre, you’re within easy reach of the famous Thatch Pub, ice cream parlours, surf shops, gourmet restaurants, and a deli. The golden sands of Croyde Beach are just a short walk away, with Saunton, Putsborough, and Woolacombe also nearby for further beach adventures. Baywatch is the ideal retreat for families or groups looking for a luxurious, fun-filled coastal getaway. LIVING AREAS Baywatch benefits from two separate lounges, both offering generous space and comfort. The main living room features two large sofas, a wood-burning stove (logs not supplied but available in the village), and a flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix access. Double doors open onto a sun-soaked decking area with a luxurious hot tub. The second lounge is a designated children's snug, complete with a PlayStation 4, sound system, and a selection of DVDs and games. Underfloor heating runs throughout the downstairs area, and superfast fibre broadband ensures seamless connectivity during your stay. KITCHEN & DINING At the heart of the home is a modern open-plan kitchen, connecting to the spacious dining area and sunny conservatory. The large dining table comfortably seats 11, with matching tableware provided for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and cafetière. A high chair is available and a WiFi-enabled TV ensures you won’t miss a thing while preparing meals. BEDROOMS Five beautifully presented bedrooms upstairs sleep up to 11 guests.
