All beds have electric blankets with the queen bedroom having dressing table, side drawers, TV, reading lamps, alarm clock & mirror. Air conditioning/heat pump, heater & fan plus extra pillows & blankets, iron & board. 50 inch TV/DVD, DVD's, chrome cast (Netflix, You Tube etc) Bathroom with shower, heater , heated towel rail & extractor fan. Hairdryer & all toiletries. First Aid kit. Hand sanitizer. NOT suitable for those with physical disabilities There's a step up to the shower. There's a grab rail & step stool if needed. Please see photo. The laundry is in the guest's garage, $5.00 for use of dryer. Although we live upstairs the flat is quiet & we are completely isolated from guests but always available. The property is in an attractive, quiet & tree lined no exit street. Feilding has won NZ's Most Attractive Town 17 times. Serviced daily. 2 minutes to CBD. 25 minutes walk. 2 hours to Wellington, 21/2 Napier. There are 2 patios one with a bbq where you can enjoy a wine, read a book or have a bite to eat. We make you feel SPECIAL Guest access Guests enter through the entrance door left of garage. May then park in garage. Off street parking with security camera. Automatic outside lights & sensor internal garage lights. Please advise ETA prior to arrival. If requesting an early check in I will do my best to accommodate you. Check-in from 2pm until 8pm Check -out by 10am If arriving after 8pm please text & I will give you the code for the lock box beside the entrance door.
