The property is private and has secure fencing. It boasts three generous bedrooms with well appointed wardrobe space. It's fully equipped with modern amenities while maintaining a cosy homely charm. A 2-minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute drive to the town centre allows for easy access to everything you need. Set back from the street, the house maintains a private feel with its vast trees out front. The large property provides ample space for parking the boat, trailer or jet ski. It has secure fencing and a lockable gate which is perfect for children to play and outdoor pets to roam. It boasts three generous bedrooms which can sleep up to 6 guests. All linen and bath towels are provided. The living space is the perfect place to relax after a long day out. Unwind in front of the 58 inch Smart TV and watch your favourite shows on Foxtel. Enjoy the unlimited WIFI and share your holiday snaps with friends and family on your social media outlet! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and front and backyard. Block is a generous 800sqm and is fully fenced. A 4 burner BBQ with a side wok burner, fire pit with seating, outdoor setting and a clothesline is at your disposal! Other things to note Location is everything! You'll have access to the beach, pub, shops and Cowes Pier within minutes. The north facing beach is only 200 meters from the house. It is a relatively calm and excellent for relaxing, swimming, snorkelling or kayaking. Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is only an 11 minute drive away!
