The space Infinity Villa is situated over a headland to the West of the port of Livadi, offering a dramatic Sunrise over the pool and the sea. When looking South East you will enjoy a breathtaking and remote sea-view on the Aegean sea and Western Cyclades such as Paros, Antiparos, Naxos, Syros, Mikonos and Ios. Looking North you have a spectacular view of the Chora and the port of Livadi, just 2 km away. The main body of the villa includes a master bedroom (double bed) with ensuite shower bathroom, a second bedroom (double bed or 2 singles), bathtub bathroom, one open space fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dining table and a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, fireplace, a reading corner and a working desk. The kitchen is furnished with high end and top quality appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with icemaker, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, centrifugal juicer and more). Built in mosquito nets in each window and door. There are 2 independent guest houses overseeing the South veranda and the pool, each one of them furnished with double bed, private bathroom and a small fridge. There is also a ´family´ guest house which includes a double bed and two single beds, a private bathroom with shower and a storage room and fridge. Bathrooms are built in a traditional Cycladic style. Each guest house has its own patio with veranda furnished with traditional Greek coffee table and chairs where guests can enjoy a coffee with magnificent views. Both North and South verandas offer dining tables for up to 12 people with chairs and built in sofas. The pool is accessible from the main patio where sunbeds and deckchairs are provided. The Villa is surrounded by local plants, some olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and bushes of oregano, basil and rosemary. Cars can be parked in a dedicated parking space. Ideal also for working from home, thanks to fast wifi, LAN ports throughout the house and, available for free on demand, a 24” PC screen and a printer.
