The space The 12 sqm private room is located within our family residence, offering both peace and privacy throughout your stay. It includes its own en-suite toilet and bath, kept simple, clean, and comfortable — an ideal space to rest after exploring Coron. The property is powered by Globe Fiber Internet, allowing you to stay connected while enjoying island life. As our guest, you are welcomed like family while experiencing the genuine rhythm of local living. At times you may hear the sounds of community — children’s laughter, music, or even karaoke — a reflection of our culture’s warmth. Occasional town brownouts may occur, but the property remains airy and well-ventilated, with a garden space where you can relax and enjoy the natural breeze. Guest access Guests are personally welcomed upon arrival by one or more of our family members, making sure you immediately feel at home. The private room is secured with its own key access, ensuring both privacy and peace of mind. The property has a main gate and a smaller side entry/exit gate for added convenience. During your stay, you are welcome to use the common dining area and enjoy the garden space, which is perfect for relaxing in the natural island breeze. Other things to note Please remember that LAKKEI Résidence is not a hotel or hostel — it is a residential family home. Choosing to stay here means stepping into the daily rhythm of Coron, where respect for local culture, traditions, and house rules is part of the experience. As with any tropical island, we encourage guests to bring mosquito repellent and use reef-safe sunblock to protect both yourself and the environment. For peace of mind, note that the equipped public hospital is about an hour away by boat, so a mindful approach to self-care and safety is important while exploring. Occasional brownouts (short or extended power interruptions) are part of island life, and the property does not run a generator. During these times, our garden and home remain naturally cooled by the island breeze.
