The best pebble beaches Metropol, Gardens of the Seas are 10 minutes away, the fountain and the open sea with an observation deck are 3 minutes away. In the yard there are children's climbing frames, slides and outdoor gyms. Nearby is all the infrastructure: shops, pharmacies, bus stops, Sberbank, collective farm market, canteens, cafes. No pets. For your convenience, mattresses are provided on the sofas for a comfortable sleep. Guest access The entrance to the adjacent territory of the complex is closed. Only apartment owners have access. For guests traveling by car, I give out a remote control from the gate to enter the yard.
