This is a 54 m2 bright and cosy apartment located on the second floor of a quiet residential area that has an elevator. It boasts a large terrace with a sofa so you can enjoy the excellent climate of the area. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, television with national and international channels, and high-speed WiFi. The spacious bedroom contains a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The space This is a lovely space to relax and enjoy your holiday. The apartment forms part of the residential building, which is very quiet. The apartment is installed with high-speed fibre optic WiFi connection so you can enjoy online games, unlimited downloads, and share photos and videos everywhere on social networks. There is a large SMART TV plasma TV offering channels from all countries. Alternatively, you can connect to the fast Internet and watch your favourite videos and movies on YouTube channel, Netflix etc. If you want to check-in or check-out between 23:30 - 6:00 you have to pay an additional cost of € 10 for each one. Guest access - 5 minutes walk to Playa Los Cristianos. 90% of the beach area is accessible by people with reduced mobility. - 5 minutes walk to bus stop which connects to other destinations on the Island. - There is a Mini-market opposite the apartment building which opens daily. - 5 minutes walk to the Sports Pavilion and an outdoor heated Olympic pool, which are open to the public. - 10 minutes bus ride away from Los Cristianos bus stop are: Siam Park and Octopus Water Parks, Siam Mall shopping centre, National Police, golf course Los Cristianos bus stop. - 15 minutes walk to the promenade that leads to the famous "MILLA DE ORO" in Playa de las Américas (with shops, boutiques, club, restaurants, etc.) - 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry port with connections to other islands such as La Gomera and La Palma. There are also some good seafood restaurants around the port area.
