Private bedroom and bathroom in downtown Richmond

Hello, I am located at 3rd and main in Richmond. Very close to the convention center.This is my apartment that I rent out the second bedroom in. It has its own attached private bathroom. Two hour paid street parking until 6pm and free Saturday and Sunday. This means you will be parking on a street as this is the city. Please note this and read the posted signs before asking me about the parking situation Room is a bed and a bathroom. Free to use the kitchen/tv. Sometimes I will occupy this tv Other things to note Two hour street parking until 6 on Friday and free from then until Monday morning.
