The Studio has an independent entrance, you enter a small entrance that leads to the spacious open-space, where there is a double bed, a single sofa bed and a kitchenette with dishwasher. It has a large bathroom with a bathtub. You can dine 'al fresco' at the front of the house, table and garden chairs for exclusive use by the guests. Guests have an infinity pool and sun loungers. Parking is free in the designated areas, not far from the house. The space L'agriturismo Poggio la Fioraia is located on a hill, therefore always very ventilated and pleasant, moreover the houses are very cool even during the hottest days. For this there is no need for air conditioning. The Studio occupies the ground floor of the main house, which is one of the five houses / apartments that make up the Agriturismo Poggio la Fioraia. The Studio has a separate entrance from the rest of the building, you enter a small entrance, from which we access the main space where we find a spacious sitting room with a table for eating, a small but equipped kitchen (which includes a dishwasher), and the space night with the double bed. From the entrance we access the bathroom with tub. The Studio is equipped with independent heating. It is carefully furnished with antique furniture and some modern design elements. It is equipped with a TV with Sky subscription. Guests can use (in a non-exclusive form) a large external surface in "terracotta", shaded by a Wisteria pergola, for lunch, reading or relaxing, outdoors. Guest access The apartment is on one level, there are no internal stairs, but only a small step to access from the entrance door.
