Beautiful farmhouse on 10 acres in rural southern Virginia! Enjoy peace and serenity in the country! The space Lovely country farmhouse with 3 bedrooms (upstairs) and 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). The main level of the home features a living room with TV/DVD and chromecast (no cable), two couches, a dining room with seating for 4-6, a kitchen equipped with an electric range, a laundry room with W/D for your use, and one bathroom with a shower stall. The second level features 3 bedrooms, one of which has an attached bath with a shower/bath combo. All three bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed. The home has central heating and cooling on the main level and window AC units in each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a lovely meal! A charcoal grill is available for your use, as well. **We will accommodate a maximum of 4 adults. If you have more than 4 people, we will only make an exception if this includes children and with host approval prior to booking. ** The property features over 10 acres for your enjoyment. An apple and pear orchard was planted in 2021-2022! A small creek is located on the south/east side of the property and marks the property boundary. Several historic tobacco barns/structures are located throughout the property (**we ask that you enjoy the structures from the outside and do not enter any of the structures for your safety**). Wander the property, picnic outdoors, watch for wildlife (deer, turtles, frogs, birds, and bear have all been spotted!), and star gaze at night (particularly in the winter months). Also a wonderful spot for fall foliage! There is an outdoor fire pit, hammocks, sun umbrella, and lounge chairs available for your enjoyment! NOTE: This is a rural property and with that comes many bugs! We do our best to keep them at bay, but we do not use widespread pesticide application because we need to keep our pollinators!
