Lovely peaceful ski apartment

Raised ground floor apartment, overlooking the river close to the pistes and chairlift, with private secure covered parking, huge south and west facing terrace, an open plan kitchen living area, double room with ensuite bathroom ( bath with shower over, w.c. basin ) a twin room and a cabine with bunks, a shower room and a w.c. The space The apartment is in the small vllage of Le Bettex, situated between Les Menuires and Saint Martin de Belleville in the Les Belleville area of the Three Valleys. The chairlift is a 6 minute walk from the apartment and links directly into the whole 650 sq km ski area. To get to Ski Schools in Les Menuires the run down from the Bettex chairlift is green and the run back down to the village is blue, so it’s easy for beginners. The living space in the apartment is very comfortable - with large L shaped sofa, dining table with 6 chairs with seat pads. I supply a bath sheet, face towel and flannel per person, bath mats and hand towels in the bathrooms, hand towel and tea towels in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a freezer as well as a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, wall oven and ceramic hob. I provide a kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets and Italian expresso pots for the hob. The beds all have good mattresses with nice linen and duvets. There are two pillows per person and best of all after a day’s skiing, heated under blankets on all beds. The curtains are fully lined. On the terrace, there is dining table and chairs and deckchairs and sun beds. Guest access You have sole use of the 3 bedroom apartment and terrace, ski and boot locker with boot warmers and a private space in the underground garage for the duration of your stay. There is a key box and code for entry on the doors for 24 hour arrival. Other things to note You will, ideally, need a car to reach Le Bettex and for use during your stay. In winter you must, by law, have snow tyres on your car and carry chains or snow socks too. Ski equipment hire is available in the village although I prefer Ski 2000 in the l’Adret building, above the bus station in Les Menuires. Ski passes can be bought in the village by the chairlift, in advance on line or in Les Menuires at the Caisse, near the Roc 1 bubble., Bread, croissants etc can be ordered the evening before on line for delivery by 0800 - contact details in the apartment. On leaving the apartment, please take the sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases off the beds and put with all the towels etc in the bath. Please leave all crockery and pans clean and the dishwasher empty and make sure the apartment is in a good clean condition. Close all doors and windows properly, put the access key locked into the key box and the spares, including the garage remote control on the end of the kitchen counter near the front door. Thank you.
