Here, you can experience a stay as if you were living right by the ocean. ✦ Location & Surroundings - Miura Beach is right in front – just steps away (0 minutes to the beach!) - Parking available (up to 3 small cars) - 4 electric bicycles available for rent – perfect for seaside cycling - Convenient neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants: 　・1 min walk: Large Daiso (with conveyor-belt sushi “Sushiro” on the 2nd floor) 　・2 min walk: 7-Eleven 　・Nearby: KFC, Fujiya (ideal for birthday cakes) 　・Recommended: Fresh sushi take-out from “Uotaka,” just around the corner! ✦ Property & Amenities (2-story private house) 【1st Floor】 - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (sleeps 2) 　*Beds are placed together, convenient for couples with small children - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (sleeps 2) - Toilet (with bidet / washlet) ※1 duvet per bed. No extras. 【2nd Floor】 - Bright living room - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, rice cooker, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware) - Bathroom (sink, bathtub, washing machine) - Additional toilet *Please note: Basic seasonings may or may not be available in the refrigerator. *Toiletries such as toilet paper and tissues are stocked before check-in, but we do not provide refills during your stay. ✦ Bicycles for Guest Use Four electric bicycles are available: 2 inside the entrance and 2 outside. Please feel free to use them during your stay. After using a bicycle, kindly recharge it for the next guest. Four chargers are provided on the shelf at the entrance. ✦ Consideration for Neighbors This house is available thanks to the kind understanding of our neighbors. For guests, staying here is an exciting getaway, but for local residents, it is part of their everyday life. There are families with children and elderly residents nearby, so we kindly ask that you: - Avoid loud conversations or smoking in the parking area - Refrain from shouting or making excessive noise inside the house - After 9:00 PM, please do not have conversations in the parking area or on the balcony - Please avoid unnecessary use of the intercom, as well as loud voices or disruptive drinking If we receive any complaints from neighbors, we may need to contact you immediately. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a good relationship with the community. Guest access 【Parking】 - Up to 3 cars can be parked if at least one is a compact car. - Vehicles with a width of up to 183cm fit without issue. For larger vehicles, please contact us in advance to confirm. Please note: very wide cars such as Hummers will not fit in the parking space. 【Restricted Areas】 - The room located at the far end next to the 1st-floor restroom is not available for guest use. - The wooden deck area is also off-limits. - Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting these restricted areas. Other things to note 【Important Notes】 1. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on room availability. Requests can be accepted from 3 days prior to your arrival or departure. A fee of ¥3,000 per hour will apply. For guests arriving early in the morning, we recommend booking from the night before. 2. You cannot request late check-out on the day of your departure (cut out time is 12pm a day before). Please note that if you check out late without prior notice, a cleaning rescheduling fee may be charged. 3. Please note that there is no daily room cleaning, towel replacement, or trash collection service during your stay. 4. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to complete a Guest Registration Form, including providing valid photo ID for each guest, after booking is confirmed.
