Guest access Guest Access: We’ve made your arrival as seamless and convenient as possible. At the time of booking, you'll receive an email with a link to complete the pre-check-in form. Once completed, you’ll gain access to your Electronic Property Guidebook, which contains important details about your stay. Three days prior to arrival, you’ll receive an additional email with Arrival Instructions, which will include your personalized door lock code. Your code will also be found in your electronic guidebook. With no front desk to check into, simply drive directly to your designated, marked parking space located right outside your unit. From there, you can proceed straight to your suite and use the electronic door lock and your unique access code to enter. (Access codes are only valid for the duration of your stay and start working at check-in time and stop working after check-out time.) Each suite features a private exterior entrance for maximum privacy and convenience. Once you’re inside, settle in and enjoy your stay!
