Two-bedroom apartment located in an authentic area of Castello District. Bright and quiet, it is at an easy walk from both BIENNALE's venues (Giardini and Arsenale) and at a 15-minute walk from ST. MARK’S SQUARE. It is also close to the BIENNALE and the largest green area of the city (Giardini and S. Elena parks. The beautiful LIDO BEACHES are also at hand, they are just 2 water bus stops away. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons (children and babies included) The space Our apartment is set on the 2° floor (Italian) and has a nice view on a typical Venetian court with an ancient well and from one window it is possible to see the bell tower of S. PIETRO DI CASTELLO CHURCH. Modern furniture are combined with the warmth of the wooden floor and of the exposed ceiling beams. You will appreciate a comfortable double bedroom, a single room, a bathroom with shower, entrance / living room and kitchenette, all decorated in style. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the apartment. Air Conditioning is also available. Ideal for 2/3 persons. Guest access The entire apartment is available only to the guests. CHECK-IN is by appointment and free of charge from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. From 8 pm we apply a 30 euro charge to be paid cash upon check-in. Later than 11 pm only self check in but only if arranged in advanced with the Host. Please, communicate your time of arrival, means of transportation (flight or train reference) and contact number (valid mobile phone). CHECK-OUT is until 10:00 am. Other things to note Italian legislation: In Italy it is mandatory to sign a contract also for short-term home rentals. Please note that you will be asked to sign a standard contract upon arrival. In addition, the tenants’ personal information must be sent to the local police authorities by the lessor within 24 hours of their arrival. City tax: 4 euro per person/per night (for a maximum of 5 nights) to be paid upon arrival. We will transfer this money to Venice City Council. NBB: the city tax is different from the access fee; those who sleep in the city only have to pay the city tax and if necessary make an EXEMPTION of the access fee, to be shown in case of control.
