Unique Garden Atrium Home with Hot Tub and Yard

This beautiful, comfortable home just north of Fort Bragg offers a variety of outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed any time of year, no matter the weather. A private and quiet space just minutes to Glass Beach and downtown Fort Bragg. The home features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, full kitchen, laundry room, covered hot tub, private yard, and more. The space *Update August 2021* Mendocino County is currently experiencing extreme drought conditions and water shortages. Because of this, we are unable to continue irrigating the lawn and gardens as we normally would. The grass may not be green and the gardens may not be at their best during your stay. We apologize for that, however we are all doing our part to conserve as much water as possible for our community. Please do not book with the expectation of lush grass and glowing gardens, it is not possible at this time. Step just outside the living room door to find a beautiful, one of a kind, garden atrium complete with year round flowers and greenery, waterfall Koi pond, warm lighting, and dining space. Even on the coldest, foggiest coastal days, the atrium is warm, dry, and comfortable. Rainy days are a treat in this amazing space. Just past the atrium is a private yard with flowers beds and benches to enjoy on warmer days. This is a perfect place for families to enjoy time outdoors while maintaining privacy and comfort. In another section of the private yard, you'll find the hot tub located in a comfortable gazebo overlooking the small, seasonal creek that runs through the yard. This protected space is particularly enjoyable on rainy evenings when waves can be heard crashing in the distance. Just outside the atrium door you'll find a propane grill that is yours to use during your stay. Perfect for afternoon or evening barbecues and dinner in the atrium. Other things to note Front yard is off-limits to guests. For liability purposes, we cannot allow guests on the trampoline or swings in our front yard. Under no circumstances may we allow guests to use these items. By booking with us you agree to these terms. The entrance to the second bedroom is an arched doorway with floor to ceiling, heavy duty, double curtains. It does not have an actual "door". This can be seen in the picture of the upstairs hallway. Our Australian Shepherd, Holly, loves to head over to the guest parking area to greet new guests. Throughout your stay, you'll probably find her in the parking area with a tennis ball looking to play fetch. If you do not like dogs this is probably not the listing for you.
