Beautifully furnished downstairs home opposite safe swimming beach. The self contained home has a kichen, lounge, dining & pool room. Outdoor pergola for outdoor dining & BBQ's. Table & chairs at the front. Out door shower at then western end of the house. Sleeps 6. An easy stroll to everything. A must place to stay in Port MacDonnell. TV streaming is avail The space This beautiful ground floor house offers sea views from every room. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Enjoy the private outdoor dining area complete with BBQ. The three bedrooms all have built in robes and two of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's, all have heaters and the house has air conditioner. Bedrooms One king bed while the other two bedrooms have queen beds all with quality linen. This is the ideal getaway, directly opposite a beautiful swimming beach. As there is no enclosed yard people with children must be aware. This is also a non smoking house and no pets at all are accepted. The pool table is ONLY for people over the age of 12 years and no drinks are to be taken near the pool table. No playing pool after midnight. The cost is for two adults and there is an extra charge per additional person. Also with two guests it is expected you will use one room if you need extra there will be an additional person charge. Guests have access to the whole downstairs house, while we live upstairs we provide our guests total privacy. From this beautiful home you can walk to the general store, hotel, Salt Cafe and Bar, Tide Cafe and The Bay Pizzaria . Port MacDonnell is known for its excellent fishing, so you can enjoy the delights of the ocean. Enjoy long walks on the beach, a bike ride on the cycle path or just enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Port MacDonnell is also only a short drive to many of the Limestone Coasts attractions including the world famous Blue Lake. Guest access The guest have total access to the downstairs home, including their own entrance, kitchen, dining, lounge, pool room, laundry, back pergola including BBQ and outside electric wok. The front veranda also has a table and chair over looking the ocean. Parking, please park on the street, or the right hand side of the driveway, but please do not park on the vacant block next door. If people have difficulties with steps, you can enter via the beachfront side of the house as there are no steps. Other things to note One night stays are welcome. There is also an outdoor shower when returning from the beach to the left of the house. If you are in an electric car, we expect that you will ask before charging and will pay to do so. All children coming must be listed in your booking. We have had a booking for 6 Adults bring 5 children which our house cannot accommodate. STREAMING There is a chrome cast allowing you to stream your Netflix etc. UN USED LINEN Please place pillows and towels not being used aside, in the corner of the room is fine.
