Sleeps up to four. The space We offer 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa pull-out couch. The apartment is fully equipped with bedding for up to 4 people, kitchen ready to cook, TV, high-speed internet, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and sufficient seating. Guest access Guests have access to common elements of the house such as laundry room. Other things to note Parking We cannot provide parking in garage for all our guests, so all parking questions must be addressed before arrival. Even though we are in core downtown area there are plenty parking solutions in the area. Street temporary parking permit, public parking and other arrangements. Friendly reminder: smoking inside the house can be penalized with up to a $550 fee. Any kind of smoking device is not allowed either. Check in and check out times are informed in the house rules. For changes, please contact us (there may be additional charges) We do provide essentials starter pack (such as soaps, toilet paper, kitchen paper, etc.) but not beyond.
