The Valley Loft is situated 1km from Springwood town centre & train station and only 150m from the beginning of Sassafrass Gully bushwalking track. We are 20mins from Penrith & 40mins to Katoomba - just a short detour from the Highway. Light & quiet Loft above our garage - fully seperate access. The loft is on the same property as our main house, however is accessed separately. *Street parking available The space We have 3 young children so the backyard is used frequently.
