Central cozy casita with private yard!

Renovated 1950's territorial revival features a taste of the desert with modern amenities! The casita features a comfortable pillow top queen bed and an additional twin bed, full sized closet, beautiful bathroom that was featured on Styled by Emily Henderson DIY Bathroom renovations, kitchenette with pantry, mini fridge, microwave, countertop oven and hot plate, and a private yard with outdoor dining and space for relaxing. Plentiful parking, wifi and AC and heat will make your stay a breeze! The space If you are looking for the "old-school" Airbnb experience then look no further! We don't own other Airbnb properties and only rent our casita our part of the year, the proceeds of which we use for our own travel lust. The casita is attached to our house so we are on site, but is separated by our garage so we don't share any walls. It has its own private entrance and small yard. We love sharing our home and Tucson with visitors and want you to enjoy your stay. We don't have a long complicated list of rules or check-out procedures or charge exorbitant cleaning fees. Come, stay and enjoy your visit the way Airbnb is meant to be. Soak in our original mint green 1950’s bathtub or relax in your own little yard with restored vintage furniture. Plenty of modern amenities abound to make your stay comfortable, but vintage touches will remind you that this is a historic home in a historic neighborhood! Guest access Guests access the front yard/driveway and their own private yard and entrance. Other things to note There is a short walk past our garage from the casita gate to its entrance. We do not have cable, but do have Netflix and Hulu available via Roku and regular television channels. The twin bed may not be suitable for a tall individual. It is vintage. There is a sleeping pad in the closet that can be placed beside the bed for any children if there is concern of them rolling out of bed. There is also a pack and play for small children.
