This 4 BR/2 Bath house is great for a family or 2. Bedroom details- BR 1- 2 twin beds, BR 2- King bed, BR 3- 2 twin beds, BR 4 - King bed. Our home is centrally located within Jacksonville. Minutes away from restaurants, and shopping. A short 10 minute drive from downtown Jacksonville, 15 min. to New River Air Station, 15 min. to Camp Lejeune, and 45 min. to North Topsail Beach. Pool opens mid April through October. Please inquire about 30 day stays or longer. From September-March The space Bedroom details- bedroom 1- 2 twin beds, bedroom 2- King bed, bedroom 3- 2 twin beds, Bedroom 4 - King bed. We have a game room with card table, Ping pong table and Foosball. Back yard features a screened in back porch with picnic table, big fenced in back yard with a basketball court. All guests will be asked to sign a waiver of liability during pool season before access to pool is granted. Please note there is 2 outdoor security cameras 1 is located at the corner of the house in front yard pointed to the front door, driveway, and road, and 1 outdoor security camera facing the back yard and pool area, they both record video and audio and sends notifications to my phone when motion/ sound is detected. Guest access Driveway is big enough for 2 vehicles, please do not park on the side of the road. No Boats, trailers, or RV's allowed to park on property. Other things to note all guests will be asked to sign a waiver of liability during those months before access to pool is granted. Pool opens April 15th closes mid October
