So much space with great views: Martha's Retreat

Martha's Retreat is a comfortable family beach property with 2 separate homes accommodating up to 10 people. The Main House has great bay views towards Melbourne, an open plan living area, all the amenities you could need and a spacious BBQ/deck area. The Bungalow is a separate, more modern dwelling with a kitchenette, large deck and bay views. The property is on a huge block (2400m2) and is pet friendly. Beaches, wineries, and golf are all a short car trip away! The space The Main House has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 (1 x queen, 1 x bunk, 1 x twin single). The Bungalow has 1 x king bed and 1 x twin single and sleeps up to 4. Each dwelling has its own bathroom/shower and toilet. Guest access Guests will have a completely free run of the whole property set on 0.6 acres of land. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Other things to note Linen is not provided, bringing down the nightly fee. Doonas and pillows are supplied and guests will need to bring sheets, towels and tea towels. There are 6 steps into both the house and the cottage, the main house requires a step over a bath into the shower. The property is not suitable for wheelchairs. The property is dog-friendly and fenced. There is a gap under the front gate which very small dogs could breach. Well behaved dogs are welcome inside the house. A year-round dog-friendly beach is located a short drive from the property.
