Large 4 bed, 2 bathroom home located in a very quiet, family friendly street overlooking the tree lined Myamblah Oval. Perfectly located close to the beach and shops plus also tucked away from the busyness of the city and main roads. Light, spacious and on a level block with established native trees and birds. Perfect for a families and groups travelling together or a peaceful work trip. You will enjoy a quiet cuppa or cold beverage on the tranquil back deck listening to the birds. The space The home is tastefully decorated in a Hamptons Coastal style. Thoughtful touches are found throughout to help you feel at home. Upstairs: Master Bedroom- Queen bed, ceiling fan and large walk in robe (fits a port a cot inside) for travelling families. Bedroom 2- Queen bed, ceiling fan and large built in cupboards Bedroom 3- Queen bed and ceiling fan Bedroom 4- 3 x single beds. 2 form a bunk bed and there is a trundle bed under the bottom bunk that pulls out and has a decent mattress. Large built in cupboards and ceiling fan. Kitchen, dining, deck overlooking backyard, bathroom and seperate toilet are all on the top floor also. Downstairs: Rumpus room with kids toys, games, laundry, retro toilet and shower. Good sized flat back yard, hills hoist, bocce' court with balls and a gas BBQ. Tea, coffee and coffee pods are provided for your convenience along with pantry essentials. We welcome children and outside pets to our home and have a fully fenced, backyard with a bocce' court and balls for a bit of fun and friendly competition. We also have a high chair and port-a-cot (linen available upon request). The home is equipped with unlimited downloads Wifi and a large flat screen Smart TV. There is a bookshelf with books and games- leave a book and take one from the Myamblah bookshelf and relax to some music from the Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, children’s cups, bowls, plates and cutlery plus a range of good quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, chef’s knives and mortar and pestle should you feel like cooking. There is also a range of serving platters and bowls for entertaining. We have quality linen and towels plus comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The house is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner and heaters for year round comfort. Guest access You'll have access to the whole home and remote garage. Other things to note Outside pets are welcome. We have a fully fenced backyard and large tree lined park directly opposite the home with cricket nets and BBQ facilities. Dogs are not permitted inside the home as we like to keep the home as clean and tidy for guests as possible but may sleep in the laundry at night time if needed.
