The space The downstairs cottage floor plan is setup like a large, open studio, and the spiral staircase leads up to a loft and bedroom upstairs. It is quite spacious, and has several windows to enjoy the nice ocean views from the living area, upstairs, and outdoor deck area. The kitchen has full-size appliances, and is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking and dining essentials and a small pantry with cleaning supplies, paper goods, spices, teas and complimentary K-cups. 3/4 bath downstairs. Cable tv/dvd combo and Roku for streaming plus a large library of dvds to choose from and free WiFi. Great outdoor, enclosed deck area and side yard, no grass, but we do have artificial grass potty pads for our canine guests, ample seating for an outdoor meal or to enjoy the view and a gas BBQ. Private walkway up to the cottage without stairs and wheelchair accessible. Free, off street parking is available in our large driveway, garage is not available to guests.
