Enjoy stretching out a little in your own private section (pictured) of my newly renovated, West Bradenton home. A luxury bedroom, bath, living room and kitchen will make you feel instantly pampered while the outdoor dining and living areas (with flat screen TV) will remind you that you're living the Florida life! The space Your private area will consist of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with fireplace. Shared areas will be the laundry room, kitchen, pool and outdoor living space. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new, 4" Beautyrest memory foam pad as well as a flat screen TV, overhead fan, room darkening blinds, luggage rack and extra pillows. The bathroom is small but newly renovated and stocked with fluffy towels, hair dryer, magnifying mirror and some essentials. If you choose, the living room will be separated from the rest of the home by a privacy screen with emphasis on the fact that I will be living primarily in the upstairs area. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and I will provide some type of continental breakfast when possible but will always leave Keurig cups and creamers for your enjoyment. Simple cooking is fine as long as the area and dishes are left in a clean and tidy state. An area in the refrigerator and freezer will be cleared for your cold items and drinks. The laundry room will be directly accessible to you through the house and to me through the garage entrance. The pool is not heated but is available for use as is the outdoor living and dining area with TV and cozy fire pit. Off of the screened pool area is a covered charcoal grilling station on one side and a sun patio on the other. My home is very close to both Blake Medical Center and Manatee Memorial Hospital which makes it ideal for a traveling nurse rental. Rates for those extended stays will be determined upon inquiry. Guest access Note: Some boxes and clothes may be stored in the closet of your bedroom. There will be ample space for your items and I just request that my belongings not be disturbed. Although I'm very relaxed with the downstairs, the upstairs is my private area and I request that guests are, at no time, on that floor. During your stay When I'm home, we can visit as much or as little as you like and I'll always be glad to offer suggestions or give directions to my favorite areas. Other things to note Available to you for your beach adventures is a sun umbrella, a small cooler, beach towel and 2 sand chairs.
