The cozy and well-furnished "Euringer Villa Erna" apartment is located in a quiet area of Seis (Siusi), a charming village in the scenic landscape of South Tyrol, near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and Bolzano (Bozen), and is an ideal starting point to explore the many possibilities for hiking, biking and skiing. Other things to note The 50 sqm apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable/satellite TV. A crib, baby bed and high chair are available upon request. The private outdoor area boasts a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, including the "Sciliar", where you can have breakfast in the morning or spend evenings with a glass of wine looking at the surrounding mountains. In addition, there is also a common garden with a play area for the little ones. In 2-3 minutes' walk (150-250 m) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. A ski shuttle bus is just 200 meters from the property. The cable car leading to the Sellaronda ski area is just a 2-minute drive (700 m), while the beautiful Alpe di Siusi is in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Siusi, the charming South Tyrolean capital, Bolzano, invites you to stroll through the squares and enjoy its splendid atmosphere. The spa town of Merano is an hour's drive away (55 km). Parking spaces are available on the property and in the parking lot. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
