The space Very pretty little house in the outskirts of Inca, situated on the slope of the Santa Magdalena mountain. From the terrace you enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains and the plain. The well-kept garden with a small pool invites you to linger. The house is furnished in typical Malloquin style and very cosy. On the ground floor is the living room with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor as well as a bathroom. Part of the very large terrace has been completely glazed, so that you can enjoy the wonderful view on the comfortable sofa even when the weather is not so nice. The living room and the large bedroom have air conditioning. Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water, electricity consumption etc. A deposit of 300 euros cash will be collected on arrival. Final cleaning 150€ Since 1. July 2016 the government of the Balearic Islands has levied a tax for sustainable tourism, the so-called "Ecotasa", which is charged per person for the holiday rental of fincas, villas, holiday homes etc. 1.
