2bed/2bath+Loft (serves as 3rd bdrm) cabin-style condo. Wi-Fi, fireplace, balcony, central location, free shuttle stop. World class skiing in winter with 3 lodges within a few minute drive. Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, site-seeing, and more in summer. Great base to visit Yosemite (45 min drive), multiple lakes and nature monuments. We are a remote mountain location and don’t provide refunds due to weather/roads/smoke conditions. Instead we advise to purchase Airbnb insurance. The space Our cabin-style townhouse is a very functional mountain unit for both summer and winter. It’s great for a family or for a group of friends. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom. Master bathroom is private; second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. Spacious upstairs loft serves as a 3rd bedroom and has 3 single and one full size beds. Living/dining room area includes fireplace, extra large HGTV, access to the balcony. The complex common area has a Dry Sauna, an extra bathroom with a shower, and a coin laundry facility. All are located in the building E (right next door). Free shuttle stops right by the complex on the corner of Meridian and Joaquin and can take you to main lodges and slopes, to the Village, shopping centers, and grocery stores. Please refer to the city transportation website for the bus and shuttle seasonal and daily schedules. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo and the common facilities. Guests will have at their disposal home appliances, small kitchen appliances, kitchen utilities, clean linens and bath towels, and other necessities, like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner to start you off. Other supplies such as dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, extra trash bags, etc. might be available but are not guaranteed as those are not provided by the housekeeping and replenished by the owners when they visit. We suggest you bring your own pool towels if you plan to use the sauna. Guests will get 2 assigned parking spots with 2 permits (no more than 2 cars per unit are allowed) and one key to the common amenities in Building "E" (for laundry, dry spa). Guests are not allowed to access the owner’s closet (attic space off the loft) and downstairs utility closet, which will be locked. Other things to note No smoking of any substance is allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere in the complex. Violators will be subject of a fine of $150 or more. Lost/damaged/not returned parking permits or common area keys will result in fines of $150 per unit, plus any fines to new guests and shipping and handling. 2 cars maximum allowance. $150/car per day fine by the HOA will apply for each extra car and additional $50 per car if permit is not displayed. Please note that during seasonal HOA maintenance work parking in front of the building may not be available. Guests are to use street parking if required by the HOA. Seasonal Building Maintenance: please note that due to weather and climate, the HOA usually performs different building and common area maintenance work in summer months. Painting of the Exterior of buildings and balconies will be done during the first weeks of July. Please use street parking during business days and please do not leave anything on the balconies. Cleaning Fee is the housekeeping fee and includes fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries and basic paper products to get you started. Transient tax is required by law and can’t be waived. BBQ is allowed by the HOA only if a propane grill is used. Grill is not provided but guests are welcome to bring their own. Please check with the City of Mammoth Lakes fire department website when and where it is allowed to grill.
