The South West Coastal Path goes past the property, blue flag Woolacombe beach a 15 minute walk, Even closer Grunta Beach below the cottage and Coombsgate Beach a 5 minute walk. Close to pubs, restaurants, cafes and surfing schools. Family friendly beach and great local walks. Plenty of activities for rainy days. Plenty of local activities for those inevitable rainy days too. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and the paved terrace. There is parking for 1 car. Other things to note May not be suitable for very young children. There is only parking for 1 car but further parking is available in the village public car park £25 a week bootable on North Devon Council Website.
