Beautifully appointed seaside cottage in the pretty village of Mortehoe Devon. The cottage boasts stunning views of Woolacombe Beach and the National Trust headland of Morte Point. The South West Coastal Path goes past the property, blue flag Woolacombe beach a 15 minute walk, Even closer Grunta Beach below the cottage and Coombsgate Beach a 5 minute walk. Close to pubs, restaurants, cafes and surfing schools. Family friendly beach and great local walks. Plenty of activities for rainy days. The space Delightfully decorated spacious cottage with all modern amenities, fabulous views of the North Devon Coast. Paved terrace overlooking the sea with outdoor furniture and gas bbq. Direct access to South West Coastal path and short walk to 4 different beaches. Woolacombe, great family beach and a favourite with surfers, quieter beaches for families with younger children. Plenty of local activities for those inevitable rainy days too. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and the paved terrace. There is parking for 1 car. Other things to note May not be suitable for very young children. There is only parking for 1 car but further parking is available in the village public car park £25 a week bootable on North Devon Council Website.
