Strictly no Pets Nestled down a private track on Galton organic farm, a bright and spacious three bedroom self-contained, one level converted dairy barn with private enclosed courtyard. Easy driving distance to Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, the Jurassic Coastline and the Purbeck’s. Close enough to take a hearty walk to soak in the breathtaking views over Ringstead Bay. The Barn comfortably sleeps 5 persons only with one additional infant if the capacity is at 5. The space www.galtonfarm.co.uk Glass fronted East facing property. A spacious and bright family friendly 3 bedroom one level property with open plan living, kitchen and dining space in a contemporary style. One main bathroom and separate loo with sink. If you are booking for 5 + more than 1 infant, please discuss this before booking to confirm if we can accommodate you. Private parking for 3 cars, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. Secure and private garden space. Underfloor heating. Guest access Guests access the property down a private farm track. Parking is conveniently situated at the side of the property. A pedestrian entrance to the barn is accessible from the driveway of the neighbouring property. Once through the garden gate the whole length of the property has its own private courtyard. Other things to note The property is in a country setting, the property is self contained with its own court yard but access to the barn is via the driveway to the Old Dairy Cottage. The property is only suitable for 5 persons plus only one additional infant. If booking for groups of single adults, I am sorry we cannot split our king and double beds to make singles. Strictly no Pets The barn sleeps a total of 5 persons. The barn is strictly for the guests staying. Unfortunately we cannot allow the use of the barn for gatherings. The property is private but located near other holiday lets. The property is not over looked by any property. Some noise may be heard if other guests are in the garden. Hosts live near and children may be heard in the garden. Chickens, Guinea fowl, cats and dogs live nearby. Helicopters, tanks and cannon noises may be heard on occasions when Lulworth and Bovington army camps on exercise in the Purbeck’s. Our neighbouring farms are dairy farms and occasions when they are spreading muck onto fields there can be the a smell of manure in the air.
